How Strategy to Outcomes works
Strategy to Outcomes builds a verified, context-specific high-level design that can be used to support multiple business needs, including systems review, AI readiness, supplement an RFP, solution provider gap analysis, detailed design input and post-system value recovery.
The workflow uses context-specific deterministic agents to accelerate high-level design from months to weeks. The starting point is your strategic intent. From there, the design is progressed through a structured prompt library that generates the outputs required for each layer of the workflow.
Each output is reviewed, adjusted and verified by your process owners and supported by a Certified Strategy to Outcomes facilitator. Once verified, the output becomes the input to the next layer of design.
This repeatable cycle of input, deterministic agent processing, output review and human verification provides the feedback needed to reduce rework, strengthen solution ownership and support adoption.
The result is a verified high-level design aligned to strategic intent. It is scalable, reusable and becomes a living design repository for feedback, adaptation and ongoing organisational learning.
The layered workflow
The cards below show the role of each layer in the workflow. Various scenarios describe how each layer progresses design for all ERP business verticals.
Strategic Intent layer
What value is expected based on the line of business positioning in the external environment? What value chain process are in focus? What strategic initiatives form the scope, depth and scale? What provisional business benefits are expected per initiative?
Operating Behavior layer
How does work actually flow, vary, constrain and respond under pressure? What provisional #controlregulators need to be considered for the future state and described in the tactical enablers?
Future state layer
How will work actually flow, behave and respond under pressure?
Control Regulation Layer
Where are tolerances, signals, decisions and corrective actions required? The tactical support for the strategic initiative.
Measurement Architecture Layer
Which operating signals, leading indicators, KPIs and benefit measures prove progress and provide feedback for adaptation and agility?
Decision Ownership Layer
Who has authority to act in time when performance moves outside tolerance?
Verification Layer - Put your High-Level Design to work!
Supplement your RFP with the high-level design that declares the strategic initiatives, business benefits, tactical control regulators and measurement system required for adaptive control.
Use as a heath check of your current systems configuration and performance including the required redesign.
Use for conducting gap analysis for solution selection using the Vendors own AI Repository.
Provides the input to the solution providers AI repository to output the detailed design ready for verification by your team.
