The thinking behind S2O

S2O combines systems thinking, causal reasoning, operating control and measurement. AI-assisted synthesis helps develop and challenge design hypotheses; accountable practitioners remain responsible for evaluating the work.

S2O uses that reasoning to identify where operating changes are most likely to matter, then carries those candidates into design and measurement.

We do not prescribe the software or replace the client’s implementation team. Our design gives ERP vendors, implementation partners and client leaders a common operational reference that precedes detailed technology decisions and persists beyond go-live.
